For hygienic reasons we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Ollimay and Co. earrings are made with high quality materials and the upmost care. It is very unlikely that there will be an issue with your product, however if this happens, please contact us via email straight away.

Postage
Flat rate $9 Australia wide shipping, free on all purchases over $70. We ship from Brisbane via Australia Post by standard delivery which is estimated 2+ business days delivery and covers all of Australia.
